Temperature Power Sensor
(High performance control type thermostat)(TPS)
It is a high performance control type thermostat which can be used in place of an electronic thermostat, even though it is a bimetal type thermostat.
It features a small size, small differential, long life and a low price.
High Temperature Type Thermostat
It is a thermostat for high temperature type control for a 150℃~400℃ range which has traditionally been covered by an electronic type thermostat. The H series brings a high cost performance benefit to the users of high temperature control applications.
Disk Type Thermostat
The Diff. is large in the case of the disk type, and the preset temperature will change if the operation is repeated frequently. As a result, it cannot be used as a controller.

High Temperature Thermostat
Bimetal type thermostat such as a controller and protector can not covers a temperature exceeding 200 deg C.
Matsuo has successfully developed a thermostat which performs in a temperature range between 150 deg C and 400 deg C as the high temperature control type thermostat.
As the bimetal type thermostat H series can cover such high temperature range where only the electronic thermostat has covered, this series let you have a low cost investment for your high temperature applications.

Disk Type Thermostat
As a big differential and repeated tripping cause a change of the operation setting temperature, it is only used exclusively for a protector and can not be used for a temperature controller. But protector can cut off a heavy current as 15 amp.
As a simple structure of protector facilitates volume production, its cost is very low.
