Since the founding of the company in 1960, we have been concentrating our efforts on temperature control devices. Matsuo is the only one manufacturer in the world able to satisfy our customers' strong needs for a smaller differential, longer life, smaller size and lower cost.

The TPS enables the temperature control of precision measurement equipment and electronic equipment, which is the role of the electronic controller, via the bimetal. Furthermore, we have attained ultra high temperature control at a 400 degree level, which is the first time in the world. Our products demonstrate superior cost performance by achieving absolute performance equivalent to that of expensive sensors while maintaining a low cost and simple structure.
On the other hand, for applications where the TPS cannot fully satisfy the necessary requirements, we recommend the MET series electronic thermostat, which is simple to operate.

High temperature control at a 400 degree level is attained by the use of a bimetal. |

In the case of bimetal disk type thermostats, it is difficult to guarantee the heat resistance performance of the constituting material. As a result, there is no other bimetal thermostat product existing on the market, other than Matsuo's, which can control a high temperature range exceeding 230 degree.
