A
150°C~400°C range is considered a high temperature for a bimetal
type thermostat. A 230°C~400°C range, in particular, is a range in which even the disk type thermostat has difficulty satisfying the necessary requirements. Although the size tends to run a little big, we have developed the H series products putting emphasis on high quality. |

MQT8KT/MQT8HT, with tab terminals, are added to the Temperature
Power Sensor 2 amp. series and have been introduced into the market. |

In
the case of the Temperature Power Sensor, because the lead wire stretches
directly out of the main body, its length must remain constant to be able
to be manufactured by the manufacturing equipment. For this reason, the lead wire length is produced at a 150mm standard. In the past, because the sensors with long lead wires of 200~1,000mm were built manually, the lead manufacturing cost was high, and we were not able to satisfy the need for lead wires of 1,000mm or longer. Now that a special receptacle has been developed, we can reasonably cope with the long lead wire requirement of a few meters. |

The
Temperature Power Sensor(TPS), which is the main product of our company,
is conveniently being used by many users in the world as a low cost thermostat
for a temperature control. Compared to the electronic thermostat, which is ranked higher, temperature setting tolerance and differential tolerance are somewhat wider in the case of the TPS, which is inevitable. The newly introduced METFII and METFIIA offer temperature setting tolerance ±1.5 in the -30°C~0°C range, ±1 in the 0°C~140°C range and differential tolerance of ±0.5. It is designed to be a high performance thermostat ranked at the top of all fixed temperature thermostats. Furthermore, METFIIA is a convenient model due to the temperature setting can be delicately changed (variable by ±4°C in the vicinity of the normal temperature). Another unique feature for these electronic thermostats is the fact that control at 10 amps is possible. |
