| We provide the know-how for the design and construction of temperature control systems. |
| Part of the know-how for constructing temperature control systems that has been accumulated by experts in thermostat manufacturing over the years is distributed in the form of a mail magazine. |
|
| A list of titles is distributed as mail magazine. |
| No.1: Thermostats and the know-how for mounting them. |
| No.2: Selection of thermostats to prevent freezing and dew condensation. |
| No.3: Applications of thermostats other than heater controls. |
| No.4: Relationship between life by load and differential. |

TPS (Temperature Power Sensor)
We were able to achieve both a performance level equivalent to that of the electronic thermostats of our competitors and a surprisingly low price.
|
| |
|
Our TPS (Temperature Power Sensor), which replaces the electronic thermostats, is an epoch making bimetallic thermostat which has attained the four target factors, namely "small differential", "long life", "small size" and "low price", thus far not achieved by anyone else in the industry.
On the other hand, there may be some customers who are not fully convinced that our TPS can be used as a controller. As a matter of fact, in the case of disk type thermostats, where the bimetal itself is formed into a spherical surface to acquire a snap spring action even though it is not a spring plate, internal stress accumulated after repeated operations will gradually make the drawing shallow, resulting in a change in the operational temperature, which is a shortcoming for a thermostat. Such thermostats will function as a protector, but cannot be used as a controller.
In the meantime, the flat spring plate bimetal has the characteristic ability to return to its original shape even after 10 million operations. Therefore, if the spring action is left to a dedicated snap spring (beryllium copper) and the temperature sensitivity is doubled by having two bimetals, an upper and a lower, it is possible to build a long life thermostat with a small differential. We have not only attained such a thermostat in a compact size, but we have also packaged it into a closed housing. This is our TPS (Temperature Power Sensor).

Thermostat for high temperatures, H702S/H702P
High temperature control at a 400 degree level is attained by the use of a bimetal. |
| |
|
In the case of bimetal disk type thermostats, it is difficult to guarantee the heat resistance performance of the constituting material. As a result, there is no other bimetal thermostat product existing on the market, other than Matsuo's, which can control a high temperature range exceeding 230 degree.
In the case of an electronic type thermostat where a thermocouple sensor is used, there are modules available which can control a 400 degree temperature level. However, because of its high cost, the use of electronic thermostats is limited as a matter of course.
Models H702S/H702P, our thermostats for high temperatures, are self reset type thermostats housed in a ceramic case, attracting and winning high praises from many equipment suppliers as bimetal type thermostats which can control a 400 degree; temperature level.
We would like to highly recommend models H702S/H702P, our bimetal type thermostats for high temperatures, for those customers who are sensitive to procurement costs and those customers who require ultra high temperature control using a bimetal type thermostat.

This is not a humidity sensor which measures the humidity in the air.
It has been developed based on the new theory that existing moisture can be controlled based on the aquatic condition. |
 |
|
Applications |
|
* Optimum conditions for growing bacteria can be created for garbage processing machines. |
* There are various applications in the agricultural field where the device is used as a rainfall sensor.
Furthermore, because it can inform of sudden rain, it can be used as a rain sensor for ordinary homes. |
